Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. you can use this number to track your package on our carrier's website.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you or make another delivery attempt. After three failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Damage During Transit
If you receive a package that is damaged, please do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately.
