Thank you for shopping with Skon Creation. We truly appreciate your support and want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.
7-Day Free Returns & 15-Day Easy Returns
You may return eligible items free within 7 days and with shipping cost within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
→ Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
→ Original tags must still be attached
→ Item should be returned in its original packaging
→ Proof of purchase or receipt is required
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@skoncreations.com with:
→ Your order number
→ Reason for return
2. We’ll provide:
→ Return authorization
→ Prepaid return label (if requested)
3. Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the return label.
Return Shipping
→ Returns requested within 7 days of delivery qualify for free return shipping.
→ Returns requested between 8–15 days require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to:
• A damaged item
• A defective product
• Incorrect item received
→ We’ll always cover the return shipping cost for 15 days.
For all other returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
→ Final sale or clearance items
→ Gift cards
→ Customized or personalized products
→ Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refund Process
All returned items are inspected before refunds are approved. Items that do not meet our return conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
→ Refunds are issued to your original payment method
→ Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Missing or Delayed Refunds?
